As the inventors of tablet kiosks, we’ve been delivering engaging tablet solutions since the dawn of the iPad. Digital technologies constantly evolve and offer new and exciting opportunities to all, from assisted selling to augmented reality.
Combining the physical and digital is no longer a unique selling point for a business, it’s a necessity. The only way to not be left behind by your customers is to change your engagement strategy and make digital a focus.
Thankfully, there’s no longer a need to undertake complex, costly and inherently risky IT projects. Tablets are an agile way to change your proposition; simple to test, implement, and scale. They are a fuss-free, reliable solution and with the relatively low up-keep cost, they are a small investment with a substantial upside.
Tell us about your current project or future plans, and we can help build from concept to reality.

A few examples of our enterprise work
Lloyds Bank Group
Lloyds Bank Group is currently modernising their flagship locations throughout the UK by implementing a digital environment and redesigning their branches as places to dwell with lounge areas and coffee shops. The Bouncepad Flex is used as a self-service station where customers can bank online or browse services. In the lounge areas, they are used as infotainment units where customers can browse online. The standard Flex has been modified especially for Lloyds Bank Group with bespoke extra features: a rear camera lens and audio port access to connect headphones and speakers.
McDonald’s launched their Experience of the Future program in 2015, implementing technology into their restaurants to enhance customer experience. Bouncepad designed Sumo with McDonald’s in mind: a robust tablet enclosure for high-traffic and demanding environments, with heavy weight fixing and a state-of-the-art anti-theft locking system, a motion stalk to switch between landscape or portrait mode and a faceplate design easy to wipe clean which minimises gaps to prevent food and grime getting trapped inside. Currently, there are more than 8,000 Sumos in McDonald’s restaurants worldwide.
Grosvenor Casinos are going digital by using tablets to track gameplays at their betting tables. Standard tablet enclosures couldn’t be mounted directly onto their tables without damage, so the design team at Bouncepad created a bespoke fixing plate to mount the Flex beneath the gambling table.
Hertz is implementing a 24/7 van hire service by installing a self-service kiosk at their retail partners’ locations. They chose the Floorstanding with a bespoke documentation signing table designed by our in-house team, where the customer will be guided through the process to hire a van, scan his documents and pay to hire a van.
